A village house only a few metres from the centre and the beach. Still retains some of the original architectural elements such as the cellar, high ceilings, tiled floors in some of the rooms... needs updating and some maintenance work, especially on part of the roof, bathroom, painting and reinforcement on one of the balconies overlooking the courtyard. Otherwise, it is a very charming house, ready to move into and enjoy it all year round.

It has a direct entrance to the garage. On this main floor we find the living-dining room and kitchen in a single room, with fireplace and access to a terrace with a very pleasant porch. Part of the original adobe brick wall has been discovered and the ceiling is made of wood, reinforced with iron beams, totally reformed. There is also a guest toilet on this floor. Going up the stairs, we find the night area, composed of a large hall that could be converted into an office, 3 bedrooms (one of them with dressing room) and two of them with hydraulic floors, complete bathroom with shower (formerly, the kitchen). All the rooms are exterior.

Going down to the basement, we find the cellar area, the most humid and coolest part in summer, composed of two large rooms and exit to the inner courtyard.
